Terms of Service

By submitting an order to Print Correct d/b/a My Custom Opener, at www.mycustomopener.com (hereafter: “Company”), you the customer (hereafter: “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is made in lieu of written consent, and will be binding on the both the Customer and any of his/her assigns or representatives.


My Custom Opener is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality custom designed bottle openers at the lowest prices available. We pledge to make every effort to meet or exceed your expectations at all times. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with My Custom Opener.


A.) Payment: Payment is due in full prior to commencement of the production process. For safety reasons we are an SSL secured site and all transactions are processed thru PayPal so your information remains invisible to anyone.

B.) Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation/receipt via e-mail shortly after submitting your order. Please use the confirmation e-mail to verify the contents of your order. If corrections are necessary, the customer must Contact Us within 24 hours of order submission. Corrections or modifications will delay the completion and delivery of your order.

C.) Cancellation: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time of submission for a full refund of the purchase price, including all Shipping and Handling and/or Sales Tax where applicable.

D.) Refunds and Exchanges: Since custom printed products cannot be restocked, we can only accept exchanges and/or issue refunds if the product(s) contains a manufacturing defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for normal wear of products or products containing design errors that the Customer failed to correct with us within 24 hours of submitting an order.


Production times vary according to the nature of the custom work being produced. Production of a single design will take 5 – 7 business days provided all included artwork is acceptable. Any issues that may arise regarding Customer uploaded images will result in us contacting you up to 3 times and thus will prolong the production process and delay your order, you must contact us when you see a missed message or email since your order will probably be placed on hold until we communicate.


While we strive to prevent any potential damage to products while in transit, such damage does occur on rare occasion. If you receive items that were damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to Contact Us within 48 hours of package delivery to notify us of the damage. We require that any damaged items be returned to us prior to replacements being issued.


By default, all bottle openers manufactured by the Company include a very small print of the Company website around the ring area of the opener. We will remove or replace the website print only upon special request for customers seeking to brand a company, and typically only on orders of fifty (50) or more bottle openers.


By submitting, saving and placing an order with us (the Company), the Customer is acknowledging that he/she has the right or proper legal permission to use any and all uploaded files, and the Customer accepts all liability for the use of any materials the Customer may upload.The Company’s liability shall not under any circumstance exceed the purchase price of the products sold for reproduction of any materials that a client, by submitting an order, expressly certifies that he/she has the right or proper legal permission to use and/or reproduce. We reserve the right to request verification of reproduction rights from any client, and may cancel any order for a full refund of the purchase price if a client cannot verify his/her right to use the materials in question. Please be advised that licensing inquiries will prolong the time needed to process your design, and will delay production and shipment of your order.


While we are committed to offering our customers the lowest prices available on custom print work, prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating cost and availability of raw materials.

8.) Right of Client Image/Order Design Use:

by submitting an order and a design to the Company you agree to release to the Company the use of any and all images used on your product for advertising and as examples. Your final design may be used in an ad or as a client sample or example on printed media, our websites and our networking sites. If used, your design will be used with care, prudence and respect. If you wish to not have your design used at all (or removed from a current post) you must notify us after you place the order or in advance and we will accommodate.
